Libertarian theory DOES want to privatize the air -- privatize polluting. EVERY ONE OF THE CANDIDATES is neoliberal and "Chicago Boys", especially RON PAUL who subscribes to fascist Austrian economics.Obama taught law at "Reaganomics Univ", where Milton Friedman taught. They privatized Chile installed Pinochet & bloodbaths. McCain on same page.Kucinich is not. Gravel is not.All this "small govt" right wing rhetoric is for that purpose, privatization of the commons, to eradicate FDR.

In Bolivia, Bechtel bought all the rights to supply water, jacked up the prices so people had to starve to drink it, and got the govt to MAKE IT ILLEGAL TO COLLECT RAINWATER FOR DRINKING.Bolivians protested in the streets. Many were shot and injured, some severe brain injury. Some were killed.They WANT to do this here. It's the 'FREE MARKET', freedom and liberty, enforced by govt against people. The word is neoliberalism, markets and money are "liberated", but people go to prison.

These people that dictate to us that we can't use rain are the same people that have screwed up the whole global finances. Educated Academic Morons who for some reason escape life's own education of common sense are the scourge of the world and will bring not only the Financial Services to their knees but will destroy our environment into the bargain.
